Yes, you can modify or cancel your order while it's still in "Pending" status. Through the app, you can change your delivery address, update item quantities, remove items, or cancel the entire order. Once the order moves to "Confirmed" or "Processing" status, modifications are no longer available — so act quickly if you need changes.
Returns are accepted within 6 months from the date of purchase only. All returned items will be checked inside our outlet up to our standard — if the item does not meet our quality requirements, we will accept the return. Please note that items damaged through misuse, those without original packaging, or custom orders are non-returnable. Refunds will be added to your next invoice.
